Homecourt Hospitality Fund 6 – Homecourt Hospitality teamed up with the Turner Family, developers of retirement home communities to deploy a family trust by way of a 1031 like kind exchange to purchase and manage a high end group of select service hotels. In keeping with Homecourt’s strategy of “partners with skin in the game”, they participated in the fund and managed the venture while deploying the capital. Selecting a diversified group of hotels with value in excess of 100,000,000. The fund was monumentally successful earning Homecourt Hospitality a stellar reputation in the industry.
